But hubba, hubba the M4 Convertible looks nice.

This is why I think people who call the 3/4 Series boring and unattractive are silly.

Because even in non-M getup, it looks damn good.

(Can you tell I'm in class trying to entertain myself yet?)

I think the regular (non M-sport) 3 series does look boring and unattractive. But the regular 4 Series looks a lot better than the regular 3 series. And the M sport (or real M) of each look pretty good.

This new M4 Cabrio is interesting. It's like a mini M6 cabrio.

I wish the 4 used a cloth top like the 6. It look nicer than a metal roof IMO.

You know the metal roof does seem weird on this car.

IMO the best metal roof cabrio I've ever seen was the first Mercedes SL that used the metal roof. The early 2000s one.

The roof didn't look weird when up. The shape and the lines cut into the body were just perfect.

Metal roofs have certainly gotten better over the years, but they still look weird. The SL works well though because it's a square roof on a square car.

And they are expensive as fuck to replace. My aunt had to get the one on her 328i replaced after a hail storm and the insurance company almost totaled the car (an '08 with like 40,000 miles on it) because of the roof replacement cost.
